My name is Cameryn Zahradnik, and this year I will be playing volleyball for Dallas Premier Volleyball Club 17 Black as one of the outside hitters (L2). I played for TAV 16 Black last year, and we won the 2015 16 Open National Championship. My coach was Geoff Kiessling at TAV, and he will also be my 17’s coach at Dallas Premier this next club season. I am #3 on both my Keller High School Varsity and club team. Below was my 2014-2015 schedule. As you can see, we had a tough year, but did what we needed to do in order to win nationals.
At Nationals our team started GOLD BRACKET play on June 28th playing another North Texas Team, our nemesis Skyline Royal defeating them in 2 sets 25-20, 25-14. Then our work continued as we took on Encore and beat them in the semis 25-14, 25-27, 15-13. We were ready to go as we played Mintonette Sports and won gold by defeating them 28-26, 25-18. It was a great tournament and an awesome win for me and my TAV 16 Black team.

In my Resume is below (or download here), you will see that my 2015-2016 high school varsity team this fall made playoffs in the 5-6A Division earning 3rd in our district. We fought hard but lost in the first round to Allen HS. We had a new varsity coach this year at Keller HS, Jamie Siegel. She worked us hard on ball control, communication and mental toughness. I believe her training is what got my young high school team the distance it went! For the 2nd year in a row, I made first team All-District (Freshman year- Newcomer of the Year, Sophmore-1st team, now Junior- 1st Team). I finished the season with 500 kills, 62 aces, and 547 digs.
I am VERY excited about this next club season.
